Winery name, email, WhatsApp, website or Instagram, the wines and photos you send us, and post usage data (email opened, post page visits, shares). We never ask for passwords or access to your accounts.
To provide the service you asked for (contract), to send you the posts and service notices, and to improve the service (legitimate interest). Business outreach goes to general company addresses, with an easy way out in every message, and respects the Portuguese DGC opt-out list.
Website hosting (Namecheap), AI text generation (Anthropic, which receives only wine information, not your contact details) and payments (Stripe). We never sell data.
While you use the service and up to 12 months after. Contacts who never replied are deleted 12 months after the last contact. Anyone who asks not to be contacted stays only on an exclusion list.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to izhar@postawine.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
